Responsibilities
- Deliver workplace inductions for visitors, contractors, and new starters.
- Manage site digital induction.
- Manage and maintain site training documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Organise any on‑site training requested by site management, file training records to ensure compliance, and update systems and matrices for the site.
- Work as part of a team or as an individual providing key support in delivering projects.
- Provide basic first‑level support for site digital tools and access systems.
- Ad‑hoc management of stationery, printer supplies for the office.
- Raise purchase requisitions requested by management for procurement purposes.
Qualifications
- Computer literacy essential, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in conducting risk assessments, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- A self‑starter, proactive, and able to work without direct supervision.
- Practical/pragmatic approach.
- Previous audit experience advantageous.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and willingness to learn and develop in a challenging role.
- Previous involvement in Health and Safety and/or training advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organisational ability.
- Tenacity and the drive to succeed, plus the ability to work closely with the Site Management team to meet all goals concerning HSE.
