More About Your Role
You will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people, inspiring others to work together and deliver their best. With your fitness industry experience, you will motivate people, give suitable health and fitness advice, and match each customer’s aspirations and goals.
All our Fitness Instructors should hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2; ideally you would hold CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3. If you are motivated and driven, we support you in achieving this qualification.
This role is a stepping‑stone to many different routes. You can develop your career by providing outstanding Personal Training sessions, growing your client base, and eventually working up to Fitness Manager.
More About You
- Always put the customers’ needs first and create personable, meaningful relationships.
- Maintain interest in continuous personal development and stay up to date with new industry trends.
- Carry out initial inductions and ensure customers use equipment safely and correctly.
- Be comfortable working with customers of all abilities, setting and monitoring programmes as appropriate.
- Work with individuals running Personal Training and small group sessions; offer PT as an additional service and seek new PT clients through face‑to‑face interactions and basic marketing tools.
- Work as a team to keep facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations and company procedures, and maintain consistent standards.
