Trauma-Informed Learning Support Assistant for EBSA

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Outreach Learning Support Assistant to join the Tiptree Campus team, focusing on secondary pupils experiencing Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA). The successful candidate will build trusting relationships and provide tailored support to help students re-engage with their learning.

This role requires compassion and an understanding of trauma’s impact on young people. With a supportive environment, opportunities for professional development and training in trauma-informed practice are provided.
