We’re looking for a Junior Transformation Consultant to join CMC and support major Defence sector transformation programmes. As a CMC Transformation Consultant, you will join a dynamic client team working hybrid onsite as part of a multi-disciplinary group of professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and clarity of thought. This opportunity places you at the heart of major transformation programmes, in a fast moving environment where your skills will help shape the future of critical Defence sector capabilities.

What You’ll Do

As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on a variety of exciting fast-paced programmes working as part of multi‑disciplinary teams, supporting clients while developing your consulting skills through structured development and hands‑on delivery.

About you

  • Some exposure to consulting, or client facing work (e.g internships, graduate schemes, placements or project work)
  • An analytical mindset with an aptitude for problem‑solving
  • Strong communication skills, particularly clear written output, presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Foundational level professional qualifications, or willingness to work towards them, (e.g PRINCE2, the BCS pathway)
  • A professional, collaborative and proactive approach
  • A relevant degree, or equivalent experience
