What You’ll Actually Own
- CRM hygiene & quote loading discipline
- Operational process improvement (Lean / 2 Second Lean mindset)
- Weekly EOS operational scorecard
- Capacity & pipeline control
- Cash flow awareness & commercial flow
You own outcomes. Not tasks.
How You’ll Be Measured Weekly.
- % Projects delivered on time
- CRM accuracy within 48 hours
- Reduction in escalations
- Process steps removed (cumulative)
- Pipeline visibility & capacity control
