About The Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Sunningdale. A key part of this role is managing both inbound and outbound booking calls. You will be responsible for scheduling customer bookings, providing clear information, and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional level of service. These calls are an essential part of your daily responsibilities and are vital to delivering a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound booking calls, scheduling customer bookings, providing clear information and ensuring exceptional service.
- Support Service Advisors to provide outstanding customer care and act as a vital link between customers and the workshop.
- Keep customers informed throughout their vehicle service, answer questions, and liaise closely with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.
- Give clear and confident advice on products and services.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where customer care is first, building rapport, understanding customer needs, and delivering a professional and friendly experience.
About You
- Willingness to learn and progress, with no previous experience required.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
- Background in customer service – especially busy or call‑handling environments – is beneficial.
- Experience with Kerridge is an advantage but not essential.
