Salary: £28,250.30/year • Hours: Full-Time, 38.75 hours per week (Year-Round, Monday to Friday) • Shifts: Alternating weekly patterns between 7:45 am and 6:15 pm • Start Date: ASAP
Marylebone Services is representing a nursery in Telegraph Hill seeking Qualified Early Years Educators for General and SEND Support roles. The setting focuses on child-centred, child-led learning experiences with happiness, learning, and laughter through imaginative play.
Vacancies
Role 1: Qualified Early Years Educator
- Age group: Children aged 2 to 5 years in a vibrant room setting.
- Key Needs: Minimum Level 3 qualification preferred; experienced Level 2 practitioners considered.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a UK nursery setting.
Role 2: Early Years Educator – SEND Support (Mixed Role)
- Responsibilities: Provide targeted support for a child with vision impairment and global developmental delay; support the room generally.
- Key Needs: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience: Extensive experience working with children with SEND.
- Desirable: Experience with vision impairment, global delay, and EHCPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning, communication, and development through play.
- Adapt activities to meet individual sensory and developmental needs.
- Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments.
- Partner closely with room teams, the SENCO, and external professionals.
- Maintain a safe, high-quality, inclusive learning environment.
