Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician – Cranleigh Area

£50,000-£55,000 Basic + £6,000+ Bonus | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm – Optional Saturday overtime available.

The Role

You’ll be working across a broad range of mechanical and diagnostic tasks, including:

• Advanced diagnostics and fault finding (a.k.a. “why is this happening now?”)
• Mechanical repairs and servicing
• Tracking down intermittent faults that only appear when the customer is nearby
• High-quality repairs across a variety of makes and models

About You

• Confident with diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• Enjoys fault finding without needing to “clear codes and hope”
• Has experience with prestige vehicles
• JLR and German brand experience would be a strong advantage
• EV knowledge is beneficial, but curiosity and willingness to learn go just as far
