This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Chelmsford office.This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in multinational insurance servicing. As a Multinational Service Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of complex and compliant multinational insurance programmes throughout their full lifecycle – from quote and bind to policy servicing and cashflow management.You’ll work closely with Producing Office Underwriters and a wide range of internal teams including Credit Control, Claims, Compliance, and our Global Network. You’ll also liaise with local offices, brokers, and clients to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet all regulatory requirements.nSupport the implementation and servicing of multinational programmes in line with business plans.nPrepare and manage documentation for new and renewal cases, mid-term changes, and local underwriting input.nAdvise underwriters on local servicing costs, taxes, tariffs, and retentions to support accurate pricing.nIssue clear instructions to servicing offices and manage policy schedules and reinsurance slips.nMonitor payments and collections to maintain a healthy cash position.nUse appropriate tools to calculate and allocate taxes across premium distributions.nTrack and analyse programme performance, escalating issues as needed.nMaintain data quality across systems and ensure compliance with service standards.nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and peer reviews.If you’re a team player who enjoys solving problems and building relationships, this could be the perfect fit.nExperience in servicing multinational insurance programmes within general insurance.nComfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances. 30 days holiday a year with the option to buy up to 2 additional days.  Flexible working – balancing work and life is important so our flexible working opportunities are open to all, this can include part-time, job share and compressed hours.  Pension – you are automatically enrolled into the QBE pension plan, which entitles you to receive employer contributions of 10% of your basic salary.  Private medical insurance – we fund fully comprehensive private medical cover for you and all the family.   Family friendly policies – we offer 26 weeks leave at full pay regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation or how you become a parent.  Short term remote work abroad – you can request up to 20 days per year to work remotely from certain locations abroad.  Sustainable investing – we believe sustainable integration is important for long term financial, environmental, and social outcomes.
