What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review loan applications and evaluate credit information
• Communicate with customers and retail partners by phone and email
• Calculate income and analyze debt-to-income ratios
• Manage multiple loan files from application through closing preparation
• Make loan approval or denial decisions within established timelines
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and licensing requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Ability to obtain NMLS licensing (company-paid training provided)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency
