About the Position

£50,000 – £55,000 per annum (D.O.E.)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for acute requests, medication reviews, prescribing.
• Involve patient‑facing reviews (telephone or in‑person).
• Required to act on MHRA alerts and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and wider healthcare teams.

• Previous experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a General Practice.
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
