Are you an organised and proactive Accounts & Administration Assistant looking for a flexible part‑time opportunity? This role will play a key role in the day‑to‑day finance and administrative functions of a growing business.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Processing supplier payments
- Raising customer invoices
- Processing employee expenses
- Providing administrative support to the Directors and wider team
- Assisting with general finance and office administration as required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a similar finance or accounts administration role
- Proficient in Xero/Sage accounting software
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage their workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- A strong communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude
