About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager who can hit the ground running and oversee the smooth running of our nurseries. This is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting Nursery Managers, driving high standards, and ensuring both operational and business success across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and performance-manage Nursery Managers and their teams
- Ensure consistent compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
- Drive occupancy, budgets, and operational efficiency across settings
- Maintain Ofsted readiness and deliver strong inspection outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, parents, and external partners
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development across nurseries
- Contribute to strategic growth and continuous improvement
About You
- Proven leadership experience in early years as an area/regional manager
- In-depth knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Strong organisational and financial management skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and support managers and teams
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality childcare and education
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5/6 preferred)
- At least 5 years’ experience in nursery/childcare leadership
- Multi‑site experience
