About The Role
We’re looking for a supportive, enthusiastic, and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2026.
As a Teaching Assistant at Ark Tindal Primary Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to grow, learn, and succeed. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
You will provide hands‑on support both in and out of the classroom, assisting with learning activities, guiding pupils through their work, and offering encouragement to build confidence and independence. Your role will involve working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, as well as supporting individual pupils and small groups to ensure they can fully access their learning.
Beyond academic support, you will contribute to the wider development of pupils by promoting positive behaviour, supporting their social and emotional wellbeing, and acting as a consistent and caring adult role model. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives while being part of a collaborative and supportive school community.
Benefits

- A supportive environment: join a friendly team that values collaboration and growth
- Training and development: access our strong programme for professional development
- An inclusive community: a school committed to the enjoyment, achievement and wellbeing of all
