Working with children and young people who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, you’ll help them learn, develop their abilities and boost their self‑esteem.

Responsibilities

  • Support students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, SE/SH needs and complex educational needs in a specialist environment.
  • Facilitate learning and promote independence during lessons.

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to provide personalised support.
  • Develop resilience, dedication and a “can‑do” attitude in the classroom.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a classroom setting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Genuine passion for supporting children and enhancing their learning experience.

  • Enthusiasm and expertise to support teachers and collaborate with therapists.
