Field Service Engineer – Salary Band – £36k-£42k per annum
Responsible for repairing, servicing, pressure testing and maintaining a full range of coffee machines for both small local companies to large businesses in across the North- West, Midlands and Southern region of England.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring coffee machines in a variety of settings
- Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with coffee machines
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of all service calls and repairs
- Collaborating with other members of the service team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Keeping up to date with new product developments and emerging coffee trends
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Field Service: 2-3 year (required)
- Driver’s License (required)
- Must have excellent customer facing skills
- Must have a good telephone manner
- A real passion for coffee
- Able to make decision making and problem solve
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to deal with changes effectively
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to record accurate information
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required
