Field Service Coffee machine Engineer (East London)

Field Service Engineer – Salary Band – £36k-£42k per annum

Responsible for repairing, servicing, pressure testing and maintaining a full range of coffee machines for both small local companies to large businesses in across the North- West, Midlands and Southern region of England.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring coffee machines in a variety of settings
• Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with coffee machines
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of coffee machines
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of all service calls and repairs
• Collaborating with other members of the service team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Keeping up to date with new product developments and emerging coffee trends
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Field Service: 2-3 year (required)
• Driver’s License (required)
• Must have excellent customer facing skills
• Must have a good telephone manner
• A real passion for coffee
• Able to make decision making and problem solve
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to deal with changes effectively
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to record accurate information
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required
