Reinforced Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager in West London to take charge of over £30m of live residential projects. You’ll lead a varied portfolio including tower blocks and housing developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background with main contractors, excellent leadership skills, and previous experience managing residential construction projects. In return, a competitive salary of £80,000 to £100,000 and additional benefits await.
