IT Systems EngineerWe are in search of Systems Engineers for our Leidos engineering capability. The successful Systems Engineers will have a full understanding of the principles of systems engineering, will have prior experience as a Systems Engineer involving accepting and integrating software products from suppliers. Everything we do is built on a commitment to do the right thing for our customers, our people and our community. The foundations of our Leidos culture are our Values, Beliefs and Expectations by which we select, recognise and reward employees. nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and network components. nDocument data flow and data matrix views of a system.nProven track record with a minimum or 3 years’ Experience in Systems Engineering role for IT/software systems.nGood working knowledge of Software and Hardware used for IT systems technologies.nExperience of Systems Engineering within a Software/IT delivery.nExperience of working within Agile and Waterfall delivery models.nSelf-Starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.SysML, UML) and enterprise design software/system modelling (eg Cameo, Archimate).nAbility to gain Metropolitan Police Service NPPV2 security clearance (essential).nExpected to be in the Farnborough office 2 days per fortnight.nExpected to attend Programme Increment planning 5 Days every 3 months in Leidos Office (Farnborough/Glasgow)n nAt Leidos we are PASSIONATE about customer success, UNITED as a team and INSPIRED to make a difference.
