What you will do:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Provide direct support and intervention to children and their families to address issues such as neglect or abuse.
  • Work closely with agencies and professionals to facilitate multi‑agency meetings and coordinate services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cases and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participate in case conferences and court proceedings as necessary.
  • Offer advice and guidance to families and others involved in the care process.
