Pay & Benefits

• £500 signing-on bonus (paid in two stages: £250 after completion of training and shadowing, £250 after probation)
• £14–£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
• Overnight care: £125–£135 per night
• Live-in care opportunities: £130–£145 per day
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
• Holiday pay (12.07 %)
• Company pension (3 % contribution)
• Enhanced pay on designated holidays
• Average monthly guaranteed hours available for full-time or part-time (between 07:00‑22:00)

About the role

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Support with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with meals, medication, and daily routines
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor well-being and update care records

*To be eligible for the £500 signing-on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches’ needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week.
