IT Support Technician
Position is to start immediately, all year round. Salary: £30,225 – £47,925 per annum depending on experience.
A highly experienced and ambitious team will support students and staff across a large campus and, when necessary, Trust primary schools. The successful applicant will provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolve queries from staff and pupils using diverse equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide general trouble‑shooting support to users on Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Resolve simple and complex technical queries for staff and pupils in multiple buildings across the campus.
- Deliver remote or in‑person support to staff, pupils and Trust primary schools as required.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Windows packages and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in an educational setting desirable but not essential.
