Coordinate Ecommerce Photography – Manage schedules, product samples, and trackers to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy and quality by conducting detailed checks across product data, imagery, and marketing materials.
- Support marketing operations by collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery of content and campaigns.
- Ensure ecommerce photography projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with seasonal deadlines.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact downstream processes or published content.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience or exposure gained through intern‑level work, placement, or entry‑level roles in marketing, ecommerce, retail, or a commercial setting.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised and detail‑focused approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong administrative, communication and coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence working with data, trackers and structured workflows.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Interest in marketing operations, ecommerce or content production.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Methodical and accurate when managing information and trackers.
- Proactive, reliable and accountable.
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is a plus.
