Are you highly organised, naturally proactive and the person who spots the detail that everyone else misses?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administrator to join our service and make a real difference.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity.
No two days are the same. One moment you could be supporting service developments, or solving problems before they become issues. You’ll be trusted to work independently, use your initiative and keep things moving.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions
- Communicates confidently with a wide range of people and can build positive relationships quickly
- Can juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and focused
- Is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Has strong IT and administrative skills, including managing information effectively
- Brings positivity, energy and a good sense of humour to the workplace
Main duties of the job
In this role, you’ll:
- Respond to our Case Management teams, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service
- Provide close support to the Project Manager
- Produce and coordinate reports, performance information and key business documentation
- Develop and maintain administrative systems that improve efficiency and data quality
- Use initiative and sound judgement to manage competing demands and resolve issues effectively
Our way of working
- This role offers a hybrid approach to working, with typically three days based in our offices at Langdon Hospital, Dawlish, and two days working from home. However, as part of a responsive and collaborative leadership team, you’ll need to be flexible and able to attend the office on additional days when service needs require it.
This is more than an administration role. It’s an opportunity to step into a key leadership position where your organisation, initiative and people skills will genuinely make a difference. You’ll join a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism and a healthy sense of humour, where fresh ideas and new ways of working are welcomed.
If you’re energetic, organised, enjoy working with people and take pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.
