Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct breakdown and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) using the Pirana maintenance system
- Perform strip-down and re-builds of machinery for hygiene and sanitation compliance
- Ensure equipment performance supports production efficiency and product quality
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within your department
- Work in line with all hygiene, health & safety, environmental, quality, and ethical standards
- Represent the engineering team professionally with both internal teams and external contacts
- Complete additional tasks as reasonably required to support departmental performance
