The Customer Service representative supports our Customer Care Team in Knowsley. Where You’ll Work
Work from home approach – minimum of first 3 months onsite. We aim to provide a flexible workplace with a mix of home and office‑based work. Your leader will discuss options.

Work Hours
- On Call Evenings Monday‑Sunday: 15:00‑23:00, with 2 weeks notice.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and provide world‑class customer service.
- Handle inbound calls, resolve complex enquiries and drive brand advocacy.
- Work as part of a team to drive overall success and meet individual performance targets.
- Participate in a supportive onboarding experience, including four weeks of training.
What You’ll Bring
- Desire to deliver first‑class customer service experience.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions.
- Computer literacy required.
