Swim Generation is looking for a Swimming Coordinator to oversee premium service to an existing client base through teaching, bookings, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons using Swim Generation methodology.
- Control and manage the daily setup of lessons and coaches.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain brand standards and expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through superb support.
- Maintain and develop close relationships with clients to encourage retention and consistent rebooking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a swimming teacher.
- Experience as an account manager or receptionist, preferably in a high‑class service or health club.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Confident and professional when speaking with clients face to face.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, including diary management and priority setting.
