Michelin Star – Restaurant General Manager Lake District Cumbria. Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their Michelin Star restaurant and hotel. The restaurant offers great service in a small and intimate setting. This creates an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with AAA Rosette or Michelin Star experience or a Deputy General Manager of a bigger property with a AAA rosette or Michelin Star restaurant.
Qualifications
- Michelin Star or 3AA Rosette experience essential
- Stable work history
- Excellent training and team development skills
- Attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation
- Good working knowledge of wines
Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant and hotel service to maintain Michelin Star standards
- Develop and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
