Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of account managers/execs to deliver results against set goals
- Support the team to grow relationships with UK clients of all sizes
- Oversee a portfolio of tech, telco and console gaming advertisers
- Partner with the Brand Partnership Lead to drive strategic planning for the vertical, delivering product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (i.e. Product, Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering and R&D teams, etc.) to deliver scalable solutions for clients
- Support the team with regular business reviews, and take a consultative, long‑term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team
- Empower the team to adopt an analytical approach and deliver data‑driven business insights
- Guide the team on media planning and implementation of campaigns to deliver against clients key performance indicators
- Share marketplace insights and feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
- Demonstrate deep analytical ability and develop advanced expertise in TikTok’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyse and communicate data driven insights to our advertisers
- Educate other teams on TikTok media offerings and keep them engaged by delivering learning sessions, writing training documentation and whitepapers for internal and external use
- Build scalable processes for our growing Account Management team
- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification(s):
- Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing
- Experience managing brand and performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their opportunities and challenges across the marketing funnel
- Expertise in performance marketing, with strong knowledge of measurement and attribution (Pixel, eAPIs, MMPs, SDKs, Geo Lifts, Conversion Lifts, MMMs, etc.)
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly through the proper escalation processes
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess and support campaign performance
- Preferred Qualification(s):
- Mobile user acquisition experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the tech, telco, console gaming Industry
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational and analytical skills
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience and deep understanding of the vertical
- A passion for TikTok
