Are you a Junior Engineer looking to kickstart your career with a specialist engineering company, who will provide full training and long‑term progression?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering business specialising in the installation, servicing, repair, and calibration of weighing equipment. They support customers across industries including waste management, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, and laboratories.
In this role, you’ll travel to customer sites carrying out servicing, repairs, fault finding, and calibration on various weighing equipment. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll receive comprehensive training while building your technical knowledge across a wide range of equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, enjoy working hands‑on, and be eager to develop a long‑term career in field service engineering.
The Role:
- Servicing, repairing, and calibrating weighing equipment
- Working on equipment ranging from laboratory scales to industrial weighbridges
- Visiting customer sites across the Midlands and surrounding regions
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out preventative maintenance
- Completing service reports and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Full product and industry training provided
The Person:
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
- Hands‑on engineering experience through work, apprenticeship, or education
- Full UK driving licence
