You will own significant features end-to-end for Levels Tech, building AI-first tools that automate property management workflows. Working deeply with React, TypeScript, and LLM outputs, you’ll drive technical direction for a product already generating solid ARR, transitioning from manual admin tasks to sophisticated, AI-driven customer connections and document automation.

What You Will Do

• Design and ship production-ready UIs using React and TypeScript that interface directly with complex LLM outputs and agentic workflows.
• Own features from technical design through to production, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
• Architect scalable front-end systems that allow property managers to automate document-heavy workflows and handle resident queries via AI.

The ideal candidate

• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript with over 5 years of experience shipping production-grade UIs at scale.
• Proven track record of building and shaping AI products, moving beyond simple API consumption to deep architectural integration of AI features.
• Background in high-growth startups where you have demonstrated a “product-first” mindset and the ability to deliver value amidst ambiguity.
