About the role
Early‑career Agile Project Manager to make a tangible impact on investment decision‑making capabilities and shape the future of technology delivery across Aberdeen. As part of an agile, cross‑functional team you will plan, coordinate and facilitate agile delivery of small‑to‑medium scale projects that impact across multiple business areas. Hybrid working – Edinburgh office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Enable Agile teams and facilitate core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Apply focused technical expertise to key milestones or deliverables, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices and project management tools.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and report on project progress.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience: Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments.
- Certifications: PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow).
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
- Interest: In Asset Management or Finance Technology.
Other Desirable Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft tooling, e.g. M365 applications.
