Group Fleet | Home Based / Hybrid | Salary £29,750 plus bonus opportunity

We are recruiting for a Broker Sales Support Advisor to help deliver a high‑quality service to customers and broker partners. The role supports the Broker Sales Team across quoting, order progression, funding and delivery, ensuring all activity follows our processes and supports a compliant broker partnership.

What you will do

• Vehicle quoting on the online Fleet dealer management system
• Load and maintain deal information for tracking and processing
• Respond to customer and broker queries accurately and on time
• Process finance agreements and liaise with funders on decisions and appeals
• Maintain digital deal packs and system records including Keyloop, Salesmaster and LPL
• Arrange vehicle deliveries efficiently and cost effectively
• Manage relationships with dealers, funders and delivery agents
• Manage debt and payouts to ensure prompt funder payment
• Provide MI reporting to the broker network

What you need

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong IT skills and confidence using online databases
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build effective long‑term relationships
• Self‑motivation and commitment to high standards
• This role requires adherence to FCA Individual Conduct Rules including acting with integrity, due skill and care, and treating customers fairly.
