Orchestra Projects & Talent Recruitment Lead

Creative Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Orchestra and Projects Officer to join the Orchestra Management team of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO). This position involves managing the administration of the orchestra’s rehearsal and concert schedule, as well as handling musician recruitment and self-employment contracting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management to support small-ensemble projects and collaborate with other departments. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000, dependent on experience.
