Job Description

An award‑winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy is searching for an experienced, client‑facing MRICS Project Manager to join their project management team based near Camden Town.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full lifecycle of cladding remediation works within the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
• Manage schemes with contract values ranging from £5m to £45m, working under the JCT contract.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project progress.
• Support Senior Project Managers with challenges faced during project lifecycles.
• Report weekly to the Project Director on project progress.
• Run multiple projects simultaneously and attend weekly client meetings.
• Ensure all works comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a UK construction consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering cladding remediation works.
• MRICS chartered or actively working towards chartership.
• Relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry (ideal).
• Ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
