Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Mail Service Assistant involves sorting, processing, and distributing all incoming mail and parcels. You may be out and about on our campus making deliveries and collections or helping students through a customer-focused counter service.
Some IT experience is essential, as we process outgoing mail using modern Franking technology and use modern tracking software & hardware to provide service excellence.

- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Basic computer literacy
- A valid UK driving licence
Further Information
This role is offered on a part-time, term-time only basis, working 30 hours per week.
