Job Description:

The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in our post anaesthetic care unit, providing a safe, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers through their post anaesthetic recovery phase through to transfer of care or discharge.

As a specialist hospital we offer the following surgery:

  • Major head and neck reconstruction
  • Orthognathic Plastic, including reconstruction
  • Hands
  • Ophthalmic, including corneal grafts
  • Burns
  • Upper and lower limb trauma

Clinical Support workers play an important role and are an intrinsic part of the team. On a daily basis you will be helping our patients maintain their comfort, privacy and dignity.

The role requires empathy, good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
