Salary: £14.04 per hour

Shift times: bank 0 hour contract – as/when needed in service

Responsibilities

• Work with older people in residential care settings.
• Be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and able to work well with people.
• Maintain strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Build strong relationships with residents to ensure their needs are met.
• Follow guidelines and policies and keep line manager informed of residents’ progress.
• Write care plans as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with older people in residential care.
• Completion or active pursuit of a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
