Despatch FLT Driver

Position Description

An excellent opportunity is now available for a Despatch FLT Driver to be based out of the Bradford Site. Reporting to the MP& L Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, organising and loading all customer orders
• Loading / Off‑loading and distribution of stock and equipment transfers between Leeds and Bradford factory ensuring all items arrive in required location in a timely manner.
• Operation of external Gantry crane and Multi‑Mover Push‑Pullers to handle all chiller movements in and out of the factory (crane experience beneficial but can provide training)
• Day to day movement and management of finished goods and stock within the storage warehouses.
• Assisting Goods‑In stores with deliveries
• Distribution of sheet metal components to the line.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Have good communication skills
• Be a team player
• Proven track record of working with quality initiatives
• Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative
• Knowledge of SAP systems would be an advantage
• Computer and numeracy literacy would be an advantage
• Forklift truck licence is essential – from external provider. In house licences are not accepted
