The role
We are looking for two candidates to join our team in Phase 2 of the academy’s journey beside the founding staff body. The appointed candidates will work closely with a team of dedicated and motivated practitioners to help establish the culture, ethos, and values of a new free school. Under the direction of the teacher, the successful candidates will support effective teaching and learning by working with individuals or small groups of students with SEND needs or for whom English is not their first language. These roles are not permanent; one post is fixed for 12 months, and one role is temporary, attached to EHCP funding.
- Support effective teaching and learning with SEND students and those requiring English as an additional language.
- Collaborate with practitioners to create and maintain a positive school culture.
- Assist in developing inclusive instructional strategies and materials.

OCL Scale 4 SCP 7-11. 39 weeks per year – 37 hours per week. One post is fixed for 12 months, one role is temporary, attached to EHCP funding.
