Responsibilities

• Provide on‑hand support to teachers in designing and delivering classroom lessons.
• Assist in lesson preparation and ensure the classroom has all required materials.
• Support pupils in engaging with the syllabus, promoting their learning, behaviour and social skills progression.
• Build strong rapport with the cohort, encouraging engagement and supporting their learning progression.
