By bringing people with different points of view together, we can represent everyone and truly reflect the communities we serve. n ⢠Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and continuous development and learning for yourself and your colleagues n ⢠Ensure high-quality code through solid testing and adherence to best practices/ standards n ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features n ⢠Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives n ⢠Consider Accessibility (WCAG), Security, Observability & Performance as part of all owned applications/deliverables  n ⢠Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and proficient advanced experience in Java/ Kotlinn ⢠Experience with common Android architecture patterns, including MVVM, Use Cases and Clean Architecture n ⢠Experience writing unit tests using JUnit or any other modern framework n ⢠Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies n ⢠Good knowledge of core Android libraries and frameworks like Compose, Coroutines, Flows, RxJava, Retrofit, Security n ⢠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience n ⢠Familiarity with Agile methodologies n ⢠Commercial experience in the Fintech industry n ⢠Exposure to cross-platform frameworks such as React Native is a plus#Morgan is a global leader in financial services, providing strategic advice and products to the world’s most prominent corporations, governments, wealthy individuals and institutional investors.
