About the role: Join a school where relationships change lives. Haywood Grove is a specialist SEMH primary school in Hemel Hempstead. We work with children who have experienced adversity, trauma, disrupted education and significant barriers to learning. Our approach is rooted in nurture, curiosity, belonging and high aspirations. We are seeking a caring, adaptable and reliable person to join our team as a Minibus Driver and Learning Mentor.
This is a unique role combining the responsibility of safely transporting children for a variety of reasons with the opportunity to build meaningful relationships that support their confidence, wellbeing and success. We are looking for someone who understands that these moments matter.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport pupils using the school minibus.
- May include journeys to and from school or other locations associated with the curriculum.
