Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of Transport Assessments and Transport Statements
- Supporting Travel Plan production
- Undertaking traffic data analysis and transport research
- Junction modelling using industry-standard software
- Assisting with highway and access assessments
- Supporting planning application submissions
- Preparing technical reports and presentation material
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and project teams
Requirements
- Degree or Master”s qualification in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Geography or a related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in transport planning, highways or traffic engineering
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Desirable
- Experience using AutoCAD, GIS, LinSig, ARCADY or PICADY
- Placement year or internship experience within engineering or transport
