The school caters for students of all abilities from its local community, including those with SEND. Due to an increase in the number of students who require additional support, we are looking to increase our Teaching Assistant staffing. A Teaching Assistant would be mainly classroom based supporting students to access their learning and may also work with small groups to complete tailored interventions.
