Job Description:

Responsibilities

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and special emotional and mental health needs to help them learn, develop their abilities, and raise self‑esteem. You will support the teacher and work closely with our therapists to create a positive learning environment.

You are expected to roll up your sleeves, be a team player and help others. You will provide support during lessons, assist with behavioural management and help keep the classroom running smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ideally you have experience working in a classroom. If not, relevant training will be provided.
  • You are resilient, dedicated, and genuinely passionate about supporting children to learn and grow.
  • You possess an enthusiastic and supportive attitude toward both the teacher and the children.
