Rehabilitation Assistant (Band 3) – Community Home Rehab

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in Ilford is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS). The ideal candidate will support patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care in a community-focused team environment.

Working collaboratively with Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists, you’ll manage a caseload while ensuring patients maintain their independence. This full-time role includes participation in the weekend rota, making it a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.
