HR Business Partner – TUPE & Transformation (9–12 Month FTC)
A leading organisation in Birmingham is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a major business transformation and TUPE transfer programme.
This is a hands-on role, focused on delivering the end-to-end TUPE process for UK-based employees from planning and consultation through to transfer and post-transfer support.
You’ll work closely with legal teams and senior stakeholders, manage employee relations issues, and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant and well-managed transition.
- Strong TUPE experience essential
- Proven background in organisational change / transformation
- Confident leading consultation processes and managing ER cases
- Comfortable supporting multiple-sites
