Part-Time Day Services Lead – Community Inclusion

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is looking for a part-time support worker for the Cardiff Day Service, dedicated to helping adults with learning disabilities integrate into the community. The successful candidate will plan and provide high quality, person centred support to individuals, while maintaining effective communication with partners.

The role requires experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to positive engagement. A valid driving license and car use for work are also required. This is an 18.5 hours per week position.
