Key Skills
- Apprentice trained engineer in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience of PLCs & automated machinery
- Understanding of PPM systems
- Food/FMCG experience
The Role
You will have ideally completed a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules. Your responsibilities will include working with equipment such as flow wrappers, labelling machines, packaging and conveyor systems, 3‑phase, bagging machines, motors, drives, and processing machinery within a high‑speed automated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of circuits, motors and drives in an automated setting and the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously. You should also maintain a strong multi‑skilled background with the ability to fault‑find a variety of production equipment.
