Electrical Day Maintenance Engineer
My client is currently recruiting for a day maintenance electrician for a one‑person site in the city. You will need electrical qualifications to the 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector
Commercial Maintenance.
Duties
- Daily preventive maintenance plans and rounds
- Communication with client about building issues
- General PPMs and reactive work across lighting, power, plant rooms
- Escorting sub‑contractors
- Permit to work management
- Updating CAFM system and reporting to client and manager
Hours
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Compensation
£48,000 per annum + overtime and company benefits.
